Please take note of the following emergency maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 13/05/2021 until 14/05/2021.
The maintenance window is scheduled to commence at 23:00 until 06:00.
Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services.
Region: Gauteng, Nelspruit, Kimberly, Bloemfontein, Richards Bay, East London and Limpopo.
Impact: Intermittent Connectivity during the maintenance period.
Reason: Replacing hardware to Resolve recent faults and prevent future outages.
Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
