Vox Emergency Maintenance Notice: FRG1357170
Please take note of the following emergency maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 09/06/2021 until 10/06/2021.
The maintenance window is scheduled to commence at 23:00 until 05:00.
Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre.
Region: Gauteng, Nelspruit, Tzaneen, Kimberley, Richards Bay, Polokwane, White Rive and East London.
Impact: Customers may experience intermittent connectivity during the maintenance period.
Reason: Frogfoot engineers need to urgently resolve packet loss being experienced on some customer connections.
Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
