Vox Maintenance Notice:

Please take note of the following maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 27\07\2021 until 28\07\2021. The maintenance windows is scheduled to commence at 23:00 until 07:30.

Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services

Regions:  Gauteng, East London, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Richardsbay, Witrivier, Umtata, Lephalale, Nelspruit.

Impact:  Due to the recent unexpected impacts, we believe the network will be at risk during this window. Periods of down time can be expected during the window

Reason: Fault resolution

 

Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
