Vox Maintenance Notice: FRG1464777


Please take note of the following maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 05/10/2021 until 06/10/2021.

The maintenance window is scheduled to commence at 23:00 until 06:30.

Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services.

Region: Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Richards Bay, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Kimberley, Tzaneen and White River, 

Impact: Intermittent connectivity during the maintenance period.

Reason: Frogfoot Network upgrades.

Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
