Vox Maintenance Notice: FRG1521383


Please take note of the following maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 25/09/2021.

The maintenance window is scheduled to commence at 08:00 until 18:30.

Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services.

Region: Durban Metro, Richards Bay and Pietermaritzburg .

Impact: No impact expected. Services will be at risk during the maintenance window.

Reason: Frogfoot needs to install a new switch into the provider stack. They require more 10G ports to bring up new NNI’s. 

Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
