Please take note of the following maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 16\08\2021 until 17\08\2021. The maintenance windows is scheduled to commence at 23:00 until 07:30.
Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services
Region: Durban
Impact: The backhaul will drop for a short amount of time and the traffic will be re-routed. Pre-patching will be done in advance. Possible intermittency can be expected during convergence. Higher latency can be expected throughout the window.
Reason: Frogfoot has recently installed new core devices into our aggregation network. The technicians will now cut the backhauls over to the new device.
Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
