Vox Maintenance Notice: FRG1638552

Please take note of the following maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 18/11/2021 until 19/11/2021.

The maintenance window is scheduled to commence at 23:00 until 07:30.

Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services.

Region: Johannesburg, Pretoria, East London, Richards Bay, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Kimberley, White River, Tzaneen and Lephalale.

Impact: Intermittent connectivity during the maintenance period.

Reason: Network Stabilization project.

Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
