Vox Maintenance Notice: FRG1746756

Please take note of the following maintenance that has been scheduled to commence on 02/02/2022 until 03/02/2022.

The maintenance window is scheduled to commence at 22:00 until 08:00.

Services Affected: Frogfoot Fibre Services.

Region: Richards Bay, Durban.

Impact: 4-6 hours downtime.

Reason: Frogfoot will be migrating customers from VPLS to EVPN. This is part of the move to Network v2 which will ultimately improve network stability.

Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.
