Dear Client

Security remains paramount for Standard Bank and Business Online and in an effort to ensure your continued access to Business Online in a safe and secure environment, Standard Bank will be upgrading a number of security certificates on the evening of the 11 July 2022.

The certificate upgrade should be a transparent process and should form part of the normal Business Online download and update process when launching Business Online.

Should you however experience an error in launching Business Online, please uninstall Business Online and download the Business Online application from the Business Online website. Once you have downloaded and installed Business Online, you will be able to launch the Business Online application and proceed as normal.

For your convenience, we have provided the below quick steps on how to uninstall and install the latest version of Business Online.

How to Uninstall Desktop Business Online:

Follow the steps on how to uninstall the Desktop Business Online application from the document provided. (Microsoft Windows and Apple desktop users).

Once the application has been uninstalled successfully, you may download the application from the Business Online website using the steps below.

  1. Navigate to www.businessonline.standardbank.co.za
  2. Click on help and support

 

 

 

3. Click on the Download desktop Business Online Tab.

 

 

 

4. Select the applicable installation file as per your system requirements.
